To encourage undergraduate, master's and doctoral students studying in Türkiye to take part in education, research, internship and project work abroad; to provide them with scholarships, loans or other financial or in-kind support in this context; and, where necessary, to provide financial aid and support on a non-repayable or repayable basis. To offer all kinds of support for meeting students' basic needs such as accommodation, food and health care.

To establish scholarship programs for academically successful students in need of support in order to strengthen equal opportunity in education, and to set up evaluation systems based on objective, measurable and transparent criteria for selecting scholarship holders.

To organize training programs on language proficiency, cultural adaptation, academic preparation and adjustment for students who will study abroad, and to provide guidance and counseling on administrative, legal and social issues that may arise during their studies. To assist scholarship holders who will be sent abroad for education with their visa procedures and, where necessary, to procure visa counseling services.

To develop joint projects with universities, public institutions and organizations, local governments, private sector representatives and civil society organizations in Türkiye and abroad, and to carry out joint research, education and exchange programs by concluding bilateral or cooperation protocols with these institutions. To support educational institutions on a project basis; to conduct or commission research aimed at training qualified teachers and academics in the field of education; and to encourage and support such research through scholarships or other means.

To organize national and international student exchange programs, to promote these programs and ensure their implementation, and, where deemed necessary, to open representative offices in Türkiye or abroad.

To carry out scientific research on subjects related to the Foundation's purposes; to prepare and publish reports, books, articles, brochures, guides and similar publications; and to engage in periodical or non-periodical publishing activities to this end.

To organize and participate in seminars, conferences, congresses, workshops, courses, exhibitions, panels, fairs and similar events in the fields of education, research, innovation and cultural interaction. To open and operate student centers, libraries, study halls and similar educational centers, and to contribute to the opening and operation of existing centers.

To produce informative content on digital platforms, websites and social media channels for the promotion and sustainability of the Foundation's activities, and to carry out public promotion and information campaigns. To inform prospective scholarship students and their parents about study abroad processes. Where necessary, to carry out promotional and advertising activities by procuring services.

To provide financial or knowledge contributions to projects that serve the Foundation's purposes, and, where necessary, to carry out or support such projects directly.

To create networks and platforms to foster communication, solidarity and knowledge sharing between the Foundation's scholarship holders and alumni, and to set up alumni tracking systems.
